The SNEL initiative (Samenwerkend Netwerk van Ecosystemen in Limburg) brings together various public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Limburg with the goal of jointly growing faster and having a greater impact on regional development. Led by CHILL on the Brightlands Chemelot Campus, Center for Innovative Expertise in Installation Technology Limburg (CIVIL), Built Environment Limburg (GOL), and Brightlands Smart Services Campus, among others, are joining forces.
SNEL aims to build on these successful partnerships and connect them both geographically and substantively. The ultimate goal is to realize an even greater impact together with other partners such as Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo, Bouwmensen Limburg, Gilde Opleidingen, IW ZUID-Oost, Leo Loopbaan, Open University, Stichting Onderwijs Midden-Limburg (SOML), Stadslabs Sittard-Geleen, VISTA college and Zuyd Hogeschool.
Moreover, the project has received support from key stakeholders such as the Province of Limburg, the Municipality of Sittard-Geleen, and employer organizations in the region. All this indicates broad support and commitment to the pursuit of a thriving ecosystem for innovation and development in Limburg.for growth in Limburg
