YOU 360 - More than a diploma
In the rapidly changing job market, a degree is no longer enough. Employers are looking for professionals with professional knowledge as well as personal skills such as self-knowledge, resilience and communication. That's why CHILL and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences developed the YOU 360 program.
YOU 360 is a regular part of CHILL minors and consists of four interactive workshops and additional sessions focused on personal and professional growth. Not an afterthought, but essential for preparing for the future.
Students work on self-development, learn to visualize their qualities and build self-confidence, cooperation and resilience. Through the Meet You sessions, they also get to know companies on the Chemelot site - a direct link to the professional field.

You participate - choose your module within YOU 360
Are you a minor student at Zuyd Applied Sciences? Then you automatically participate in YOU 360: an inspiring program that prepares you for a future as a confident, resilient professional.
During your minor, you will take one of these workshop modules. In addition, you can participate in the Meet You sessions: inspiring lunch meetings with companies that help you orient and network.
