It includes green and digital transformation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">naast circulariteit en de Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability (CSS). Het initiatief \"ChemSkills: enabling the green and digital skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">transformatie van de chemische industrie\" moet een antwoord bieden op deze uitdagingen en groene en digitale vaardigheden identificeren en ontwikkelen, naast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">vaardigheden om \"veilige en duurzame chemicali\u00ebn by design\" te produceren binnen het koolstofarme energie-intensieve ecosysteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project covers several subsectors of the chemical industry: plastics, consumer chemicals, fertilizers, rubber, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will map already existing skills and develop new occupational profiles and associated qualifications for higher and post-secondary VET (EQF levels 3 to 5) and tertiary levels (EQF levels 6 to 8). The project will bring together stakeholders to jointly implement strategies to address skills shortages in the above subsectors.
